With the advent of the new Terminal 3, Ben Gurion International Airport is now Israel's premier air facility and it receives flights from carriers the world over. Millions of people come and go from the airport each year and facilities at the terminals are excellent.

There are cash machines and money facilities throughout including moneychangers and full-service banks, while lost property and left luggage facilities are also on hand. Restaurants and shops at the airport are exceptional, particularly in Terminal 3.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets


Terminal 3 is the main facility at Ben Gurion International Airport and it comes complete with duty-free shops in Departures as well as a substantial shopping mall and many other unique shops scattered around the complex.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants


Terminal 3 is the leader in terms of its eateries, with many cafés, restaurants and coffee shops dotted throughout. Terminal 2 also has a fair offering of eating establishments in its Departures area.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities


There are 24-hour banks, bureaux de change and cash machines in both terminals as well as a full-service post office in Terminal 3. In addition, coin and card operated telephones are dotted around both terminals.

Business and Conference Facilities


Those flying with El Al have access to the well-equipped King David Lounge, with its Internet stations and newspapers, while the Jet Set Club Lounge in Terminal 3 is open 24 hours and available to business class passengers; services here include Internet access and fax machines.

Disabled Facilities


Facilities for the disabled at Ben Gurion International Airport (TLV) include ramps and lifts where necessary, adapted telephones and toilets, raised pedestrian crossings, wheelchair-friendly information points and special assistance on-request.
